According to the specific business needs of the client, we created a CRM system for managing marketing activities and events. The system includes the following components:

  • management of the database for counterparties - customers, partners and suppliers of the company;
  • tags for allocating groups of counterparties by various factors
  • festivals / events
  • marketing messages
  • projects - deadlines for implementation
  • customer reviews
  • management of after-sales service - customer complaints
  • grouping of communication channels
  • possibility of integration with other systems in the company (financial accounting system / ERP system / other available systems, if applicable).

The CRM system manages the processes in the relationship with customers, suppliers and partners - the counterparties. With the calendar integrated into the system, deadlines for events, marketing activities and the like are easily tracked.
