One of DevScale's latest developments is an add-on module to the DS Travel ERP system for tour operators. We created and integrated a B2B connection system between travel agents and tour operator products. The new completed DS Travel B2B system is suitable for tour operators and travel agencies who want to expand their distribution channels and offer their programs to other travel agents.
The new module upgrades DS Travel ERP with B2B sales capabilities. The tour operator managing the system can upload travel programs to it to offer them for sale to external travel agents or other tour operators.
Through the B2B module, travel agents register easily by entering legal details and agency registration numbers. The registration must be approved by the system administrator - the tour operator. After approval, the registration is finalized and the agent can now take advantage of DS Travel B2B. He can create other profiles for his colleagues and make reservations on the tour operator's products.
The registered agent sees all programs open for sale, divided by destination. When you select a program to book, a drop-down menu shows all available dates for the program, as well as the type of accommodation for each date - single, double, or triple room. It is mandatory to enter the data of at least one passenger in order to complete the rest of the documents.
The B2B module is fully automated and communicates in real time with the main DS Travel ERP. When a reservation is made, it is reported in the tour operator's admin panel and the necessary documents are generated - proforma, contract and voucher. Thanks to this automation, the tour operator managing the system can track all the bookings made on its programs, and the agent can see all the commissions due to him for the bookings made.
